Complete conflict detection (MTCD)
MTCD parameters for tuning MTCD operational behaviour, to be set and maintained by the MTCD supervisor. Configuration parameters are : prediction horizons; phases-of-flight  to be excluded; classes-of-flight to be excluded; uncertainty areas; maximum time allowed between detection and first infringement; maximum time between two complete conflict detections of the same flight.
Component
A physical mapping of a module or collection of modules.

Today’s equipment is with colour screens and mouse. Sound cards and CD-ROM readers are recommended. Networking facilitates teach ware administration and updating. Conceptual Object The entity of air traffic control information, ready to be further processed and/or presented to the air traffic controller in a suitable form [Definition from COPS-CWP]. Concurrent Validity A demonstrated relationship between job performance and scores on selection instruments obtained at approximately the same time (SIOP, 1987).

Conditional Route
An ATS route or a portion thereof which can be planned and used under certain specified conditions. CDRs can be divided into different categories according to their foreseen availability, flight planning possibilities and the expected level of activity of the possible associated TSAs. A CDR can be established in one or more of the three following categories : a) Category One - Permanently Plannable CDR; b) Category Two - Non Permanently Plannable CDR, and c) Category Three - Not Plannable CDR.
