3.1.4 客票不得转让。转让的客票无效，票款不退。如客票不是由有权乘机或退票的人出示，而厦航非故意性地向出示该客票的人提供了运输或退款，厦航对原客票有权乘机或退票的人，不承担责任。 3.1.4Tickets are not transferable. A transferred ticket is invalid and non-refundable. If a ticket is presented by someone other than the person to whom it was issued for transport or for a refund, Xiamen Airlines shall not be liable to the original ticket holder if in good faith it provides carriage or makes a refund to the person presenting the ticket. 3.1.5 客票不得涂改，涂改的客票无效，票款不退。 3.1.5A ticket is invalid and non-refundable if it has been tampered with. 3.2 客票的有效期 3.2 Valid Period 3.2.1 除特别约定外，客票有效期自旅行开始之日起，一年内有效；如果客票全部未使用，则从填开客票之日起，一年内有效。 3.1.2Unless otherwise agreed, a ticket is valid for carriage for one year from the date of commencement of travel, or if no portion of the ticket has been used, from the date the ticket was issued. 3.2.2 除特别约定外，客票有效期的计算，从旅行开始或填开客票之日的次日零时起至有效期满之日的次日零时止。 3.2.2Unless otherwise agreed, the validity of a ticket begins from midnight on the date of commencement of travel or the date of issue, until midnight on the date of expiration. 3.3 客票有效期的延长 3.3 Extension of Validity 3.3.1 由于厦航的下列原因之一，造成旅客未能在客票有效期内旅行时，其客票的有效期可延长至厦航能够提供与该客票已付票价相符舱位等级座位的第一个航班为止： 3.3.1If a passenger is prevented from traveling within the valid period of the ticket because Xiamen Airlines: a) 取消旅客已定妥座位的航班； a) cancels the flight on which the passenger holds a reservation; or b) 未在航班约定经停地点降停，而该经停地点是旅客的出发地点、目的地点或中途分程地点； b) omits a scheduled stop, which is the passenger's place of departure, place of destination or a stopover; or c) 未能合理地按照班期时刻进行航班飞行； c) fails to operate a flight reasonably according to schedule; or |
