1.17 “行李”指旅客在旅行中为了穿着、使用、舒适或便利而携带的必要或适量的物品和其它个人财物。除另有规定外，包括旅客的托运行李和非托运行李。 1.17 “BAGGAGE” means such articles, effects and other personal property of a passenger as are necessary or appropriate for wear, use, comfort or convenience in connection with the trip. Unless otherwise specified, it includes both checked baggage and carry-on baggage of the passenger. 1.18 “托运行李”指旅客交由承运人负责照管和运输的行李。 1.18 “CHECKED BAGGAGE” means baggage of which Xiamen Airlines takes custody and is responsible for carriage. 1.19 “非托运行李”指除旅客托运行李以外的由旅客自行照管的行李。 1.19 “CARRY-ON ITEM” means any belongings[m2] other than the checked baggage which is taken care of by the passenger himself.。 1.20 “行李票”指客票中与运输旅客托运行李有关的部分，或厦航计算机数据库中存储的与运输旅客托运行李有关的电子数据。 1.20 "BAGGAGE CHECK" means that portion of a Ticket which relate to the carriage of the checked baggage, or electronic data stored in the database of Xiamen Airlines which relate to the carriage of the checked baggage. 1.21 “行李牌识别联”指由承运人专为识别托运行李出具给旅客的凭据。 1.21“BAGGAGE IDENTIFICATION TAG” means a document issued to the passenger by the carrier solely for identification of checked baggage. 1.22 “约定经停地点”指除航班出发地点和目的地点以外，在旅客乘坐的航班飞行过程中预定停留的地点。 1.22“AGREED STOPPING PLACES” means those places, except the place of departure and the place of destination, set forth in the ticket or shown in carrier's timetables as scheduled stopping places on the passenger's route. 1.23 “中途分程”指经承运人事先同意，旅客在出发地点和目的地点间旅行时由旅客有意安排在某个地点的旅程间断。 1.23“STOPOVER” means a deliberate interruption of the journey by the passenger, at a point between the place of departure and the place of destination, which has been agreed to in advance by the carrier. 1.24 “免费运输”指厦航以飞机运送旅客、行李但不收取报酬的国际运输，包括但不限于厦航因礼遇、市场促销、雇员因私或因公出行、常旅客奖励等的免费运输。 1.24"FREE CARRIAGE" means Xiamen Airlines transports certain passengers and baggage by aircraft and free of charge outside China, including but not limited to free carriage provided by Xiamen Airlines for benefits, marketing, private or business travel for employees, and frequent flyer awards. |
