6.3 特殊服务安排 6.3 Arrangements for special assistance 6.3.1 无成人陪伴儿童、残障人士、孕妇或患病者等需要特殊服务的旅客，只有在符合厦航规定的条件下，并经厦航事先同意并做出相应安排后方予载运。 6.3.1Acceptance for carriage of special passengers who need special assistance, such as unaccompanied children, infants, disabled passengers, pregnant women, or medical patients, is subject to prior consent and arrangement with Xiamen Airlines in accordance with Xiamen Airlines’ Regulations. 6.3.2 对未遵守本条件第6.3.1条被拒绝承运或被取消定座的旅客按照本条件第7.7条自愿退票的规定办理。 6.3.2For passengers refused for carriage or deprived of seat reservations due to violation of sub-paragraph 6.3.1, Xiamen Airlines will proceed in accordance with the regulations specified in paragraph 7.7 ”Voluntary Refunds”. 7 退票 7. Refunds 7.1 由于厦航未按运输合同提供运输或旅客要求自愿变更其旅行安排，对旅客未使用的全部或部分厦航客票，厦航应按规定办理退票。 7.1 On the failure by Xiamen Airlines to provide carriage in accordance with the contract of carriage, or where a passenger requests a voluntary change in his or her arrangements, a refund for an unused Xiamen Airlines ticket or portion thereof shall be made by Xiamen Airlines in accordance with relevant regulations. 7.2 除遗失客票的情况外，旅客必须凭客票未使用的全部乘机联和旅客联，或行程单/收据，方可办理退票。 7.2 Other than the case of a lost ticket, the passenger may get a refund only by returning all of the unused flight coupons and the passenger coupon attached to the ticket or the itinerary/receipt. 7.3 退票受款人 7.3 Person to whom refund will be made 7.3.1 厦航有权向客票上列明姓名的旅客本人办理退票。 7.3.1 Xiamen Airlines shall be entitled to make a refund to the person named on the ticket. 7.3.2 当客票上列明的旅客不是客票的付款人，并且客票上已列明了退票限制条件，厦航应按列明的退票限制条件将票款退给付款人或其指定人。 7.3.2If a ticket has been paid for by a person other than the passenger named on the ticket, and Xiamen Airlines has indicated on the ticket that there is a restriction on refunds, Xiamen Airlines shall make a refund only to the person who paid for the ticket or the person designated by that person. |
