7.7 自愿退票 7.7 Voluntary refunds 凡不属于本条件第3.3.1条所列原因，旅客要求退票，称为自愿退票。自愿退票按下列规定办理： “Voluntary refund” means any refund made when a passenger requests due to any reason other than those specified in sub-paragraph 3.3.1 of these Conditions. Voluntary refund shall be made in accordance with the following provisions. 7.7.1 客票全部未使用，从已付票款中扣除厦航规定的费用，退还余额。 7.7.1If no portion of the ticket has been used, after deducting the refund fee stipulated by Xiamen Airlines, the remaining amount of the fare paid shall be refunded. 7.7.2 客票已部分使用，从已付票款中扣除已使用部分的适用票价和厦航规定的费用，退还余额。 7.7.2 If a portion of the ticket has been used, after deducting the applicable fare for the segments used by the passenger and the refund fee stipulated by Xiamen Airlines, the remaining amount of the fare paid shall be refunded. 7.8 拒绝退票 7.8 Denial of refund requests |
