2.5 To the extent that any provision contained or referred to herein is contrary to anything contained in any applicable national laws or administrative regulations, such provision shall not apply. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of any other provision of these Conditions. 2.6 除另有约定外，在厦航规定中如含有与本条件不一致的条款，以本条件为准。 2.6 Except as provided herein, in the event of inconsistency between these Conditions and Xiamen Airlines Regulations, these Conditions shall prevail. 3 客票 3. TICKETS 3.1 一般规定 3.1 General 3.1.1 客票是客票上所列承运人和旅客之间运输合同的初步证据。厦航只向持有由厦航或其授权销售代理人填开的客票的旅客提供运输。客票中的合同条件是本运输条件部分条款的概述。 3.1.1 The ticket constitutes prima facie evidence of the contract of carriage between the carrier and the passenger named on the ticket. Xiamen Airlines will provide carriage only to the[m4] passenger holding a ticket issued by Xiamen Airlines or its authorized sales agent. The Contract Conditions listed on the ticket are a summary of some of the provisions of these Conditions of Carriage. 3.1.2 客票为记名式，只限客票上所列旅客姓名与身份证件信息一致的旅客本人使用。 3.1.2 The ticket is registered, and may be used only by the passenger whose name is listed on the ticket and this must match the passenger’s ID information. 3.1.3 旅客要求乘机时，应出示有效身份证件及有效客票。使用电子客票旅行的旅客，应有一个以该旅客的姓名签发的有效电子客票；使用纸质客票旅行的旅客，应出示根据厦航规定填开的并包括所乘航班乘机联和所有其它未使用的乘机联和旅客联的有效客票，旅客出示残缺客票或出示非厦航或其授权销售代理人更改的客票，无权要求乘机。 3.1.3The passenger must present a valid ID and valid ticket when asking to board. The passenger travelling on an electronic ticket must have a valid electronic ticket issued with the name of himself/herself. The passenger traveling on paper ticket must present a valid ticket issued pursuant toXiamen Airlines Regulations containing the flight coupon for the intended flight and all other unused flight coupons and passenger coupons. The passenger who presents an incomplete ticket or a ticket that has been changed or altered by anyone other than Xiamen Airlines or its authorized sales agents has no right to ask for boarding. |
