11 旅客服务 11 Passenger services 11.1 除另有规定外，机上供应的餐饮服务由厦航提供。但厦航不保证超过规定品种和数量的餐饮服务。 11.1 Unless otherwise stipulated herein, Xiamen Airlines shall provide on-board meals or drinks but will not guarantee to provide such services beyond the specified variety and quantity. 11.2 旅客对机上餐饮的特殊要求，如素餐、清真餐等，须在定座时提出，在征得厦航同意并作出相关安排后方予以提供。 11.2 Passengers with special needs for on-board meals or drinks, such as vegetarian meals and Muslim meals, shall inform Xiamen Airlines when making a booking. Provision of such meals is subject to prior approval and availability. 11.3 厦航或代表其它服务提供商为旅客提供与航空运输有关的其它服务安排，除由于厦航故意或疏忽造成的损害外，厦航不承担责任。 11.3 Xiamen Airlines shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from other service arrangements related to air carriage provided to passengers by Xiamen Airlines in its own name or on behalf of other service providers, except for those losses or damages that are caused by the intentional negligence of Xiamen Airlines. 12 航空器上的行为 12 Conduct aboard the aircraft 12.1 如旅客在航空器上的行为危及到航空器或航空器上任何人或财产的安全、或妨碍机组成员履行职责、或不遵守机组成员的指示、或其他旅客有理由反对的行为，厦航可采取其认为必要的措施，以阻止该行为的继续，包括对该旅客实施必要的管束。 12.1If a passenger conducts himself or herself aboard the aircraft in a manner that endangers the aircraft or any persons or property on board, or obstructs the crew in the performance of their duties, or fails to comply with any crew instructions, or behaves in a manner to which other passengers may reasonably object, Xiamen Airlines may take such measures as it deems necessary to prevent continuation of such conduct, including restraint of the passenger. 12.2 旅客不得在航空器上使用移动电话（含具有飞行模式功能）、电子游戏机或包括无线电操控的玩具和对讲机在内的发射装置。 12.2 Passengers are not permitted to operate aboard the aircraft mobile phones (including those with a flight mode feature),electronic games, or transmitting devices including radio-controlled toys and walkie-talkies. |
