10.1 Xiamen Airlines will take all necessary measures to reasonably carry the passengers and their baggage in accordance with the published schedule in effect on the date of travel and will adhere to these Conditions and other Xiamen Airlines’ regulations. 10.1.1 班期时刻表中载明的航班时刻或机型，在其公布之日与旅客实际开始旅行之日期间可能发生变动，厦航对该航班时刻或机型不予保证，而且该航班时刻或机型也不构成厦航与旅客之间运输合同的组成部分。 10.1.1The flight times and aircraft types shown in timetables may change during the period from the date of publication to the date the passenger actually travels. Xiamen Airlines does not guarantee the accuracy of the timetables and they form no part of the Contract of Carriage between Xiamen Airlines and passengers. 10.1.2 厦航接受旅客订座之前，将告知旅客当时有效的预订航班时刻，并在客票上列明。在客票售出后，厦航可能会更改航班时刻，厦航将根据旅客提供的联系方式，尽力通知旅客航班时刻的变更。如旅客不能接受厦航对航班时刻做出的变更，可按照本条件第7.6非自愿退票的规定退票。 10.1.2Before Xiamen Airlines accepts a booking on a flight from a passenger, Xiamen Airlines will notify the passenger of the scheduled flight time in effect as of that time, and it will be shown on the ticket. It is possible Xiamen Airlines may need to change the scheduled flight time subsequent to issuance of the ticket. Xiamen Airlines will endeavor to notify every passenger of any such change according to the contact information provided by passengers. If a change to the scheduled flight time made by Xiamen Airlines is not acceptable to a passenger, he or she is entitled to a involuntary refund in accordance with paragraph7.6 of these Conditions. 10.2 航班取消与变更 10.2 Cancellations and changes to flights 10.2.1 由于下列原因之一的，厦航可不经事先通知，改变机型或航线、取消、中断、推迟或延期航班飞行： 10.2.1When circumstances so require, Xiamen Airlines may, without prior notice, change aircraft type, divert, cancel, terminate, postpone, or delay any flight: |
