12.3.3 Bratsk Airport (UIBB/BTK) This airport is in South Central Siberia just North of Irkutsk and the Western endo fo Lake Baikal. There is terrain to the Northeast of the runway (3207). The runway is 10,367 ft in length, and has an ILS instrument approach to runway 30. 12.3.4 Irkutsk Airport (UIII/IKT) This airport is in South Central Siberia just North of the Western end of Lake Baikal. The area is forested with low hills and does not have any significant terrain problems. The runway 12/30 is 9.072 ft in length, and has an ILS instrument approaches in both directions. There are obstacles west and southeast of the airport (2313). 12.3.5 Khabarovsk / Novy (UHHH / KHV) The city of Khabarovsk is the administrative center of Khabarovsk Territory, on the Amur River near its convergence with the Ussuri River. It is a major industrial center, served by the Trans-Siberian Railroad and the largest Russian city east of Lake Baikal. Manufactured products include iron and steel, refined petroleum, motor vehicles, machinery, and forest products. Population (1995) 774,762.
