11.7 Position Reports Non radar procedures apply in Russian airspace even though you may be tracked by primary “skin paint” radar in most of Russia. Position reports must be given at all compulsory reporting points. When passing from the airspace of one controlling agency into the airspace of another, a position report must be given to both.
