The pilot shall report to ATC the crossing of each compulsory reporting point, beginning and termination of flight level change maneuver, and time of changing to a new flight plan.

Holding procedures comply with Table 1, published on AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL page series 200.


11.4  Entry Into A Terminal Area
.  
If an arrival or departure corridor or routing is annotated as “By ATC,” you must obtain specific ATC Clearance in order to fly it.

.  
Entry of an aircraft into a terminal area shall only be carried out with the permission of approach control.

.  
While entering terminal area, descent from FL 3000m shall be performed :


By aircraft with max indicated circling airspeed of more than 300 KMH (162 KIAS or more) should limit themselves to a max IAS of 500 KMH (270 KIAS) and a rate of descent of 15 MPS (3000 fpm).
By aircraft with max indicated circling airspeed of than 300 KMH or less (162 KIAS or less) shall limit themselves to a max IAS of 450 KMH (243 KIAS) and a rate of descent of 10 MPS (2000 ft. pm).
.  While engaged in maneuvers of descent and approach to land, the pilot shall report :
Altimeter setting change to QFE while crossing transition level.
Request a clearance for descent and landing approach.
Reaching of the circuit flight altitude.
Carrying out of turns in accordance with the approach pattern and flight level.

Every course change. As an example : “Passing Hotel Yankee leaving two thousand one hundred meters descending to one thousand five hundred turning right to 298 degrees.
Every altitude change both leaving and reaching.
Commencing of final.
Commencing of glide path and landing descent.
“Landing gear down ready for landing.” This must be stated before you will receive a landing clearance.
