.  Make all turns according to the established approach or take-off patterns, unless instructed otherwise.

.  All the airspace of Russia is controlled. Flight over Russia territory shall comply with the rules applicable for flights in controlled airspace.

.  IFR and VFR flights operating in controlled airspace shall select cruising levels in meters from those shown on the official table of cruising altitudes (back of the B777 ETOPS / LRN GUIDE).

11.6 Russian Routings And Flight Levels
Flights through Russian airspace are to be conducted along published airways and arrival and departure corridors only.
Above the transition level, altitude assignments are in flight levels, but in meters. Cruising levels appropriate for direction of flight are published on the Jeppesen EA H/L 12 Chart. They are spoken as “flight level nine thousand one hundred

meters” or “flight level one zero thousand one hundred meters”. Jeppesen Enroute Charts nevertheless show minimum enroute, obstruction clearance, and off route altitudes and flight levels and also maximum altitude is published in meters, it will be shown with a small italic “m” following it. Jeppesen Chart Grid MORAs are also published in thousands and hundreds of feet, not meters.
