(2) for a foreign registered aircraft, an airworthiness certificate issued by the competent authority of the State of registry Airworthiness data means any information necessary to ensure that an aircraft or aircraft component can be maintained in an airworthy condition Airworthiness directive means a mandatory airworthiness requirement issued under Part 39 that specifies modifications, inspections, conditions, or limitations to be applied to an aircraft or aeronautical product to ensure continued safe operating conditions Airworthy condition means the condition of an aircraft, including its |
