Carry on baggage means baggage and any other item that─
(1) is carried on to an aircraft by a passenger or crew member with the agreement of the operator  and
(2) remains in the custody of the passenger or crew member
 
Category as used with respect to
Category A, with respect to rotorcraft, means a multi-engined rotorcraft designed with engine and system isolation features specified in CS–27 / CS–29 and capable of operations using take-off and landing data scheduled under a critical engine failure concept which assures adequate designated surface area and adequate performance capability for continued safe flight or safe rejected take-off in the event of engine failure.
Category B, with respect to rotorcraft, means a single-engine or multi-engine rotorcraft which does not meet Category A standards. Category B rotorcraft have no guaranteed capability to continue safe flight in the event of an engine failure, and unscheduled landing is assumed.  
Category as used with respect to
(1)  licensing of flight crew, is defined in CAR–FCL
(2) aerodrome operating minima required in CAR–OPS, is defined in CAR–OPS 1.430
(3)  all weather operations in accordance with CAR–OPS, is defined in CAR–OPS 1.430.
 
Category I precision approach procedure means a precision instrument approach and landing with a decision height not lower than 200 ft and with either a visibility not less than 800 m or a runway visual range not less than 550 m.
 
Category II precision approach procedure means a precision instrument
approach and landing with a decision height lower than 200 feet, but not lower than 100 feet, and a runway visual range not less than 350 m
Category III precision approach procedure means one of the following precision instrument approaches and landings
(1) Category IIIA A precision instrument approach and landing with—
