This AC prescribes circumstances of applicants or holders of Type Certificate (TC), Type Design Approval (TDA), Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), Modification Design Approval (MDA), Chinese Technical Standard Order Authorization (CTSOA) or Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA), according to requirements in Bilateral Airworthiness Agreement documents on civil aeronautical products or articles by Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and Importing Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), obtaining the Importing State acceptance or validation for the relevant civil aeronautical products or articles design approval. 2. 民用航空产品和零部件取得进口国设计批准接受或认可的 一般方法 2.
