The certificate holder is authorized to conduct terminal instrument operations using the procedures and minimums specified in these operations specifications, provided one of the following conditions is met:
(1)
The terminal instrument procedure used is prescribed by these operations specifications.
(2)
The terminal instrument procedure used is prescribed by Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 97, Standard Instrument Approach Procedures.
(3)
At U.S. military airports, the terminal instrument procedure used is prescribed by the U.S. military agency operating the airport.
