Head-Up Display (HUD)
Pro Line Fusion incorporates Rockwell Collins' HUD system, which provides advanced active-matrix liquid crystal display technology and presents critical flight information in the pilot's forward field of view. Coupled with an advanced enhanced vision system and under specified conditions, the system enables decision heights down to 100 feet above ground level, thereby enhancing operational flexibility.

Integrated Cursor Control Panel (CCP)
The cockpit control has been dramatically improved with a new method of data entry/access. Access to information has been greatly simplified. At the forefront of this revolutionary change is the integrated CCP. CCP allows both pilot and co-pilot to independently navigate (point-and-click) from one display unit to another. It provides free cursor control and direct action buttons, which makes for a quick and easy way to access the numerous options, from graphical flight planning to weather updates. The result is an efficient flight deck that reduces the pilot's workload and therefore makes for fewer errors.

Map formats with graphical flight plan
Previous aircraft cockpits relied on manual entry, via keypad, of various waypoints to generate the flight plan. This can now be achieved with the simple use of the CCP. The integrated cursor enables the pilot to scroll and select the desired waypoints and destination on the map, which generates the graphical flight plan. Waypoints can be moved, added or deleted at any time thus providing additional in-flight flexibility to the pilots.

FANS and CPDLC
During transoceanic flights, Future Air Navigation System (FANS) and Controller-Pilot Data Link Communication (CPDLC) systems ensure that the aircraft can use a more direct route through the flight corridors, thereby cutting the in-flight time. In addition, it allows for direct communication between pilot and controller through data link and requires no voice messages in oceanic airspace.

Onboard Maintenance System (OMS)
The Onboard Maintenance System (OMS) is an aircraft condition monitoring system that provides troubleshooting capability. It continuously monitors the health of the avionics components and aircraft systems, and reports their status to the crew. Onboard diagnostics detects and immediately identifies faults and displays, a help/troubleshooting page from its stored database. The Aircraft Condition Monitoring (ACM) function is integrated in the Engine Indication Crew Alerting System (EICAS) to store various data, from engine exceedances to different system parameters. This significantly simplifies the aircraft maintenance because of the single point access to engine and aircraft wear data.

OMS is primarily viewed from the MFD; however, it is also accessible through a web-based software program that executes Portable Maintenance Access Terminals (PMAT) connected to a remote Ethernet port or the eFlight™ wireless link. In addition, this remote maintenance diagnostic feature enables that same information to be transmitted to the ground via DataLink. This allows the maintenance personnel to diagnose issues while the aircraft is still airborne, and prepare for an eventual maintenance job or order a part replacement.
